Surita has been with our firm since ground zero on 3 March 2003 and founded the firm with Neil. She has obtained a diploma in professional bookkeeping and has remained the most valuable pivot around which our firm functions. Adequate bookkeeping and financial management is one of the cornerstones of our business, and Surita stands central in this regard. She is a confidant and advisor to Neil but in saying that, also to the rest of the firm. Surita is officially and unofficially in charge of the management of the office and personnel.

My wife and I are considering buying a house. This is a big decision for us and we want to... make sure we are financially prepared for all the costs and expenses involved in doing so. I understand that in addition to the purchase price there may also be additional attorney costs I would need to factor in. Can you explain how this will work and how I can budget for such costs?
