Neil is the founding member of the firm and enjoys commercial transactions, mergers, acquisitions and corporate structuring. Neil has, from early in his academic journey, shaped his career to end up in commerce, honing his skills in corporate and commercial law. In 2015, Neil gained an additional diploma in corporate law (cum laude) to ensure that all the pieces of the puzzle remain intact. After 20 years in law practice, Neil has become a respected negotiator, mediator and problem solver in the commercial- and corporate law arena. Neil is instrumental in the navigation of the firm’s ship.
